1. Clean & Care

Follow these rules to keep it looking brand new:

DO:

1. Do hand-wash lid with mild dish soap only

2. Do dishwasher: stainless tray only

3. Do use soft sponge or cloth

4. Do dry completely before storing

DON'T

1. Don't put lid in dishwasher (damages seal → leaks)

2. Don't use bleach, harsh cleaners, or chemicals

3. Don't use steel wool or rough scrubbers (scratches surface)

4. Don't microwave (damages product and microwave)

5. Don't store while wet (causes odors/stains)

⚠️ Damage from improper care is not covered under warranty

2. Preventing Leaks

Here's how to close it properly to prevent leaks:

1. Make sure the silicone seal sits flat in the lid

2. Close all 4 latches firmly until they "click"

3. The lid should sit completely flush

⚠️ Note: Only hand-wash the lid - dishwasher heat damages the seal and causes leaks
